I purchased a mother's day present for my sister in law to make her a Pandora fan, as she has never ever brought an item from Pandora. Her bangle bracelet was too small for her wrist, so I needed to return it. It was a quick into the store process to get her a larger size, as the the young lady was able to accommodate the request quickly and efficiently. It was such a positive visit and productive, that I purchased two more charms - one for myself and another one for my sister in law, so she has now has two charms on her new bangle and loves it. I spent over $100 on both charms but it was worth it!
