The sales person didn't know her product. Plus I went in with $25.00 off and she never told me to select anything else because my total was already $170.00.

I was able to see the difference between from my last visited in February/2019 and today’s visit. First I asked for the catalog and they told me that one available was from mother’s day so I asked if they don’t have a regular one and the manager (Robin) gave me a trash one extremely old. I ended up to search on my phone for mother’s day. Once my mother picked her gift, the employee didn’t even say happy Mother’s Day. The Pandora crew until last February/2019 was just extraordinary awesome but the new need to be more friendly and put more smiles on their faces. Your customer service is going out the door. Today was my second visit to the store this week. First visit was wonderful the associate was very helpful. I left my bracket at home so I needed to return on another day. Today, the manager Robbin was cold and had no personality. Very short, not explaining to me merchandise. This is my first pandora bracket and I don’t know much about what they have to offer. She didn’t smile and had a cold face the entire time. She suggested I get a clear “spacer”, I pointed to a charm and asked “is this a clear spacer”, she didn’t say anything for a second or two and said, “ we have over 800 charms”. Ok, I understand that, but I don’t know what you are talking about. At that point I just exchanged the charm and left. I told her that I had a better experience when I in the store earlier in the week. Didn’t apologize or anything, just said sorry the computer took a long to process my order. HORRIBLE experience! I will never shop at this store again.

I purchased a Disney Minnie mini charm on Monday 1/7. When I made this purchase, I didn't realize this was a charm I already had. I printed out the receipt that was emailed to me, and returned to the store on Tuesday 1/8. I spoke to the sales person and explained the issue. When I pulled out the charm, she said this was a final sale. I said well I don't need 2 of the same charm. She suggested that I sell the charm online. I reviewed the receipt after leaving the store and notice that there is no mention on this receipt that says it was a final sale item. I returned to the store and the same salesperson said that it would have been stamped on the original receipt that was given to me at the time of the sale. Now I have searched and cannot locate the original receipt. What I don't understand, is why is the receipt that is emailed to me at the time of the purchase, is not identical to the one I received at the store. I have been shopping at this location for several years and this $14 charm has put such a bad taste in my mouth, that I will not be back.

I was not satisfied because this is the second time I went to this store and the cleaning machine has been down. I was told to use dawn dish soap to clean my jewelry at home. I’ve spent a lot of money on my Pandora items and to be told to use dish soap is highly unacceptable in my eyes!

Very disappointed with the level of service at the Altamonte Springs, FL. Location. Went in to make an exchange of a product (low quality item!) that I purchased 3 - 4 days ago . I was treated and looked at suspiciously. The Sales Associate even had the NERVE to ask me if I was certain that I purchased it at that location. After I gave her the RECEIPT , she was still hesitant, and had to get her manager. Is this how Pandora treats all customers? ...or just the brown ones? I will never shop Pandora, nor recommend Pandora to anyone. I will also post this review to Facebook and other social media sites ( I have a feeling that this is NOT an isolated incident).

I don’t understand why you don’t carry rings in size 8. Every other store I have visited does and that happens to be the size my girlfriend wears. So why would I return to a store that doesn’t carry the one size I need?

I had the absolute worse experience with the manager (Robin) in the Altamonte Springs Florida location. Shopping last minute for Christmas items can already be stressful but to have a manager basically humiliate herself and the company because me as a customer since Pandora opened gives a suggestion. Extremely rude!!! I don’t like the product that much to actually feel me or any other customer should be treated!!!
