Customer service was the worst in my life, also everytime i ask for something different she take the other jewelry with her that i want to see she treat me like i was to robbery something and i was there to buy she never smile amd when i ask for something new or different she habe attitude so if is for me im not returned to that store.

I was not satisfied with my visit because I was not even allowed to go around to look in the cases to see what was available they told me that I could give them an idea what I was looking for and they would bring out certain item but I wanted to look at a necklace and a ring that was in a display around the wall and they said that it wasn't possible because everybody had to be 6 feet apart so you stand in one little space you don't get to look around and there you're expected to buy something not cool at all and one of the ladies was super rude about the whole situation

Pandora jewelry has horrible customer service. I ordered a package online and they sent me to the wrong idea and trying to get this mistake fixed non of the store I called altamonte spring and Disney springs were no help they told me the receipt has to match the product to return it in the store and clearly it doesn’t care they sent me the wrong one. When I called customer service at 855 922 2600 and was on hold for 30min they told me to return the idea I just needed to put the sticker on it and put it in the mail box and I will get a refund in 10 days. I did so and call the customer service line again 2 weeks later and then I was told I was suppose to take it to ups and pay for it to get ship back to the facility then I would get a refund. I stated that’s not want I was told I put it in the mail have you guys gotten it yet? The customer service rep said no you didn’t do it right we don’t have it. I stated you guys sent me the wrong product and I sent it back and need a refund she stated I’m not getting a refund and when I tried to explain to her I was given the wrong information by someone at Pandora she hang up the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shop here.

The associate did not try to accommodate me with the item I was trying to exchange. The associate basically rushed through the transaction. After completing the transaction she left the counter & opened the gate for me to exit the store without asking if I needed anything else.

I have been to two different Pandora stores in Orlando (Florida Mall and Altamonte Mall). To be fair, I never actually made it in the store at Florida Mall, because the woman at the pop-up store screamed at me from 10 feet away that the line for the pop up (which I thought I had gotten in) was actually at the store itself. The confusion could have been avoided had there been a sign, or an orderly arrangement, but there was not. I chalked it up to the rudeness I have come to expect from your staff, and left in embarrassment. I will NOT be screamed at by an employee of a store where I intend to spend $200 or more on metal beads. So, I went to Altamonte Mall, where, even though I already knew that the staff could care less about service (I learned this on my first trip when they didn’t give me the bracelet I wanted, nor tell me there was a special process for caring for the jewelry), hoping I could at least find my charm. I asked for spacers, and showed the lady where I wanted to put them. She sold me clips that don’t fit where I want, and gave me one option of the type I wanted to see. I bought it just to get out of there. I am so frustrated thatI won’t spend more money in your store

The reason l was not satisfied is because l am a pandora card holder and l live 45 minutes away and the selection is the store was horrible!

The salesperson was not knowledgable about the product.When I told her what I wanted she insisted they didn't have it. Her leader came over and she not only assumed I didn't know what I was talking about but she kept cutting me off in mid sentence. I also had issues with a faulty bracelet and wanted to have 4 of my 10 bracelets cleaned. She didn't want to give me contact information on who I should call and again kept cutting me off in mid sentence.

From the many purchases I have made at Pandora, I am highly upset with how I was treated and the quality of the ring I purchased. One staff member was horribly rude and condescending when explaining my issue.

Sales Associates were very rude. My jewelry keeps breaking and they won’t do anything about it in store. No longer offer cleaning of jewelry which tarnishes. Paying $90+ for this cheap metal to just keep breaking.
