Discussed cios for my bracelet. Rep stated she would give me some rubber stoppers. I never received them. There was a long waiting time to enter the store. Would have to wait again. Poor quality packaging of items purchased. Store did not accept my pandora coupon

We purchased a ring and earrings. We decided on the ring first and then asked to see some earrings. We looked at a few and decided on a pair in the $50 range. They were $55. We went to check out and they were $80. I told the manager Oudon-they were $55 she argued and said they were not. I then asked the sales associate to pull the earring back out again and they were marked $55. Oudon said she didn’t care what they were marked and they were $80. The line was long and we waited over an hour to go on so we didn’t return at the time but now I can’t stand to look either item. They were a gift but both being returned. We won’t support this type of business.

This morning I received an unsolicited email from Pandora. It did not contain an "Unsubscribe" link. I chatted with one of your agents and her attitude was, "Oh well, I can't help you." This was our first Pandora purchase and we will NEVER be back.

First associate or manager was unfriendly Was told I could get my pandora Jewelery cleaned there for free and was told they don’t do that anymore! Sales associate was decent but didn’t know info about where I could get my jewelry cleaned. Purchased a cleaning kit.

Robbin employee #156610 at Store # 0358 at the Altamonte Springs Mall in Florida needs to be written up or get fired. She has zero customer service and is so rude. I had a very unpleasant experience while I was there buying a gift for someone. I did not know I needed a mask to go inside the store because there is nothing posted on the outside of the store. The first thing she asks was "Are you vaccinated? in a condescending tone and in front of everyone as to make a point. Then while trying to find what I wanted every question I asked was met with hesitancy and straight-up meanness. I had to literally ask her questions in different ways to get a decent response. I felt compelled to keep apologizing because I felt like I was bothering her. I will now return the gift. Getting someone a gift should be a wonderful experience, not one that feels like regret and discrimination. And I hope you look at the most recent google reviews and Facebook for this store because apparently, I am not the only one she has been treating this way and she has been doing it for a very long time. Thank you

I did not want to give my personal information to the salesperson. I was forced to do so in order to get the warranty. I told her I did not want to receive ANY emails or phone calls. She assured me I would not. Yet here we are. I received this email.

I felt like the manager did not care at all about my experience on the previous visit (which resulted in the need for a second visit to exchange). She did not even offer an apology. She simply stayed “policy” and then walked away. Rude and dismissive behavior!!! I was offended and then on top of that I was, for the second time, made to feel unwelcome and rushed. I will NOT be returning to this store.

I asked to look at dog charms because of the new Paw Prints on My Heart ads on FB. The sales person only pulled out one dog charm for me to look at. I told he that wasn’t the charm. She then pulled out three more charms and they weren’t the one. Usually they pull out the entire tray for customers to view all the charms. I am not sure why she wouldn’t let me see the entire selection of dog charms. Our dog passed away two months ago tonight (late Easter night) and I wanted a charm in remembrance of her. I mentioned that I wanted to see the necklaces. When she went to check out my order, I walked around to look at the displays to see if there was anything else I wanted. Another sales person told me very rudely that I needed to go back to the front of the store. When my sales person came back I did tell her that it is hard to know what I want to buy of I am not allowed to view the items. This store is always so stuck up and condescending. At Spring break my sister was in town. We went to the Disney Springs store and purchased at least 10 charms between us. They let us look at trays and view the displays. I will not waste my time at this location again.

The customer service girl Rebecca had very little knowledge of what product was in the store, she was aloof rude and unprofessional. After she had rung up our product I looked around and saw products we were really looking for. She left a very bad taste in our mouths... I would never purchase here again, prefer to take the trip to Florida mall.If I was not on a time constraint with my purchase.. it was a graduation gift, I would def have walked out. I do not recommend shopping here period!!!! If you can take your business elsewhere.
