I give my bracelt to clean they did not clean My son buy two charm one dont had ston she said she wil change and she did not change it was the same

The associate Lailah R. was not friendly at all and did not even seem like she wanted to help me at all. I went in for something very specific and her lack of kindness to want to show me merchandise was insufficient

Lines were out the door, had to wait over 1 hour. Then sale associate said there is not much left that's on sale.

Sales lead Leilani was exceptionally rude and acted as though I was wasting her time with my request. Did not acknowledge me or look me in the eye or say thank you. Other staff, long brown hair visibly rolled her eyes at me when I stated I did not want to purchase a clasp opener. They were both irritated when I pointed out that they refunded me 40 dollars too much because I purchased the item on sale, I shouldve taken the extra money and been done with them. Will not shop at that store again. Last straw of rude interactions at this particular location.

I received 10% off my purchase for signing up with Pandora. I purchased a bracelet online for my wife’s birthday. The bracelet was a size too big and the store switched out the bracelet it refused to honor the 10%. I paid full price anyway so my wife could enjoy the bracelet on her birthday it will most likely never return to this store. They most likely lost a customer over a $10 discount. Horrible decision by the manager of this store in a time where most people are buying online. Your think they would do everything possible to have a satisfied customer experience. Purchase was 9/16/22 around 730pm at Altamonte location.

The sale of Altamonte Mall pandora was completely in bad mood, very rude and I never feels like this in any pandora store like she make feel. I call my husband to decided a charm for my sister gift and said in front of her to my husband on the phone she was in bad mood

The store manager treated me like I had stolen the item I was trying to exchange even with the receipt given to her. They did not have the item in a bigger size so I asked about returning it and was told they don’t do returns. This store needs better customer service and more inventory. Will not be returning to this location EVER AGAIN! Never ever have I been treated in such way when visiting other stores.

The sales manager was very rude. Not at all solution focused. Continued to make unnecessary rude comments throughout our interaction that did upset me and unfortunately I was rude back. All that was needed was to remind me that I would have a receipt in my e-mail or for them to look up my purchase which they refused to do after multiple times asking. When I asked for her name she gave it to me and then in a condescending tone began to spell it as if I can’t spell. That was the last part of the interaction. Sadly she was repeatedly immature and rude during the entire time I was there. This was a first time purchasing as I was trying a new tradition with my daughter….really sorry I did as I will never return to that store as long as that manager is there

The store manager Robbin was the rudest person you could ever meet. She didn’t assist in any way but to belittle the customers that were standing in line for over 30 minutes to get in the store. Getting in line at 5:30 and the store closing at 6 wasn’t the best idea but customer service would have helped in a major way. She was very rude to all of us. Never apologetic with the current situation with the pandemic going on so we know for sure there are precautions but to be on edge like her is beyond ridiculous.

I drove to get Pandora bracelet cleaned and couldn't. I couldn't even get a box nor bag. Associate would not give.
