The store is very small and tight, and I asked someone for help and they did help. However, I asked a very specific question and for a reason, my fiancé has a few Pandora bracelets and charms. I asked if I can bring in one of her current bracelets in to get cleaned so the new charms and the old charms match and I was told yes. A few days later I came in with my son and Fiancé and was rudely told NO we only do this for card members. Then told you can use the blue dawn soap and a cloth and do it at home.

The manager gave my adult daughter an attitude and difficult time exchanging one ring and returning the other even though she had the receipt for these rings I bought for her one day prior. I had to go in

I purchased online. The Altamonte location was not able to exchange or return my items. I have had issues in the past with associates being rude in the past. After calling about my experience. Nothing was done to fix the problem.

It was no big deal.. But when you have a sign in sheet your sales clerk should go by the names on list not choose the ones they wont to serve .one of the clerks skip my name for some reason unknown. But another clerk helped shortly after my concerned comment.

Purchased a chain and heart charm. Heart charm is so top heavy that it hangs upside down when chain is around the neck. Sales associate should have advised me prior to the purchase as it is a gift and I did not try it on. Luckily I took it out of the box to check it before wrapping it.

There were not enough associates available to service the 5 customers waiting. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and it took me 60 minutes to be helped and 2 minutes to check out. The associates made little to no eye contact. The next time I make a pandora purchase, I will visit the “small business” venue I have always used in the past. I have never had a problem like this when visiting their store.

I spent over an hour and a half, I knew exactly what I wanted so time was spent waiting. The clerks gave my charms to another customer that already left. Everything was handwritten and unorganized.

The Supervisor Robbin wasn't friendly. Very rude demeanor.
