Before we came into the store we were told to wait outside and due to covid was rudely told the stroller had to stay outside the store which the baby was sleeping in. Fine we took her out and came in the store, then I proceeded to tell the sales rep I had a special birthday charm already on hold and she insisted wasn’t there, which she found in the back. She opened it and Showed it to us and I showed my granddaughter as it was her gift for her 2nd birthday. I said thank you and proceeded to get my debit card out to pay for it and she rudely asked “ well do you want it”? Of course I want it.... then my granddaughter needed her bracelet cleaned And once again I was rudely told that they don’t clean jewelry there. I know that I have gotten my bracelets cleaned other Pandora locations in the past so I guess it’s my fault for assuming that that location to did it as well! Fortunately for me that location was the only one that had the charm and stuff but unfortunately I will not return to this location in the future.

The older lady that helped me, I believe her name was robbin was very unpleasant. She was rude and couldn’t really help at all when I asked for her opinion or what she recommends. I almost walked out and wanted to go to the pandora at Millenia. I just didn’t really have time to leave and really needed the bracelet and charm for my wife. She needs to learn how to deal with customers and know how to provide good customer service. Will never go back to that pandora store again for future purchases.

I did not like the supervisor overall attitude . They were holding personal conversations the entire time . She also was very rude when asked about a sale item . Then she turns around to price check for her self and the other associate the price of a bracelet and charm . I thought it was very unprofessional

The representative was not hospitable. She came across as annoyed. At the end of the visit she seemed to have realized and was happy to send us in our way.

I was buying a pair of earrings for a friend. I had called to put them on hold. there was an issue with finding them when I first arrived. Then I decided to purchase a pair for earrings for myself.in the case they were marked $55 and were smaller then the ones I got for my friend,so I decided to get them. I had told the sales associate that I need two different receipts.She preceded to put them on the same ticket. And then for some reason she was using a calculator to tell me how much I owed for my friends one. So then she said she could not put them on different receipts?? Why? Procedure?? so I was like-ok, this was taking so much longer then it should have. But then she told me the price of my earrings, that they were $100 more the the label said, she was the label meant.....items are more then $55. That is not what it said... So I just decide to buy them and then return them later. Ok so I go to pay,I wanted to use a debit card,oh she says they are not allowed to accept debit cards?? Who doesn't accept debit cards????? so I paid with a creditcard. I am just so unhappy with the experience! I will not recommend any one to shop at Pandora

I felt they didn’t give me the same attention as other costumer receive, i told them the item i was buying was a give, didnt’t even give me a box, just wrapped in the paper and throw it in the bag, horrible experience, at least give me the box where i can put the earrings away

I purchased two gifts. I was told I could only have one shopping bag. I had to return one gift in order to get two shopping bags to accommodate my two gifts. Total waste of time after standing in line for an hour. I will purchase my Pandora from a department store in the future. Twice my experience in that store has been unfavorable. My fault for returning.

Pandora jewelry is not cheap and to find out that you no longer clean the jewelry and that for me to clean my jewelry now I need to buy a jewelry polisher sucks. They should be given out because like I said the jewelry is not cheap.

The checkout system took an hour and 15 minutes to checkout. Had to wait 25 minutes for someone to help me or even get acknowledged. I knew what I wanted when I walked in. Didn’t take long to get my stuff but I had to wait to checkout for people still shopping around the store while I waited in a line that had no rhyme nor reason. After a long weekend of shopping, I waited longer at your store to checkout than at target, getting a tv, an Apple Watch, a switch and video games. Your product is great, the associate that helped me was very pleasant, but the manager was rude and the checkout was ridiculous. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I live an hour away.
