Asossiate were very kind, but i was going to buy a ring and a bracelet for my two daughters, the boxes were cheap, didnt even said pandora and i ask for separate bags for my 2 things and they said it was ONE bag per customer, so i end up leaving the bracelet and taking only the ring, so i can go back another day and get something for my other daughter, because i didnt want to do the line again cause i was in line for more than 20 minutes

I came in to exchange an item, I waited in line, which I don't mind because I appreciate that your taking safety precautions. There were 3 people working the counter, two of the young ladies were cruising along trying to get the people helped while one just took her sweet time. I just wanted to exchange my charm I purchased on 11/06, I was told the young lady needed to check with management, she then came back letting me know that they would make and exception for me this one time and moving forward I need to understand there is a 30 day return period. I said thank you but you all have extended returns during the holiday, she tried to argue with me and spoke to me with such condescension, like she was doing me a favor. She tried to tell me it didn't apply in store, but again it is clearly stated on Pandora's website. The manager came to look at my receipt and questioned me about being the purchaser. I was then told that I cannot exchange for a less expensive item, the price difference was 0.75. I picked out a different charm fine, but then they wouldn't even give me a bag because I bought the original one online and dint come in with a bag.

There was a promotion for a free bengal bracelet with a certain purchase. When I asked about this after selecting $400 worth of merchandise I was told there are no more and made to feel like I was dumb for even asking about. No apologies about running out. I pulled up the website in the store and the website was still showing the promotion. I feel like if I would have made my purchase online instead of going to the store I would have received the free bengal. I under stand quantities sent to stores are limited. But maybe offer to send one just like as if I was an online order. Why should I be punished as a customer just because I chose to visit a store rather then order online?

What brought me to your establishment was the gift that was being offered to anyone that was willing to make a purchase of $125. However the store was completely out of the bangle. I tried to make the purchase online and the item that I was trying to purchase was out of stock. So neither the store could provide the bangle but the had the items that I needed and your website had the bangle but did have the items I need to purchase. How is that fair but I spent more than $125.

I went in looking for a gift for my mom, I notified her that I knew I wanted a silver bracelet and an elephant charm. She had me pull up a catalog on my phone and pick what I wanted. I asked for suggestions on heart bracelets she was not able to provide any instead directed me to the catalog. When I asked if she had any mom charms her response was “yes , lots” when I asked about the elephant charm , same response “yes, lots” . I asked her if I can see them, again I was directed to the catalog which is 150 page pdf to browse . The ones I liked she didn’t have in store. Which is fine, however perhaps show me the charms that you do have related to moms or elephants to narrow down the search. At the end, she asked “what clips do you want”, I had idea what clips are, so when I asked her she replied there are 2 spaces for clips you can add on here, I decided I didn’t need more decorative clips and that would be it and as she walks away to ring me up she states to make sure my mom gets the clips soon as to not damage or break the bracelet or charm . I’m rung up at this point , handed the bag and still had no idea what clips are.

The sales associate, Robbin, was very rude and looked me up and down when I asked to see a set of earrings that I wanted to purchase. She also kept giving me dirty looks. I did end up purchasing the earrings because that they were for a gift and the nearest pandora to me is closed.
