I came in the store not having my pandora card, but i had a paper with my account information that was giving to me by a synchrony representative on another ocassion. I told the employee that I didn’t have my physical card but I did have my account information. The employee called another employee called Juliana so she can help her out bc it was the first time she had that situation (I am assuming) Juliana told her that they had to look up my information on the system. She asked for the last 4 digits of my social, my whole name, my zip code my fl drivers license and a debit or credit card (first time they asked for so much inf) but she went in an put my inf on the system and nothing came up. Juliana said to me, we won’t be able to use the account number you are giving us because we don’t know where you got that information from, my system is showing that you have no account with us. I took it very personal bc even though she didn’t say it she implied I was lying. I am a manager and let me just say Juliana could’ve approach the situation a little different like for instance

I made a purchase of 150 dollars in jewelry to have a bracelet free but the bracelet was factory damaged it broke next day, when I went to another pandora since the ones I have close are closed due to COVID they didn’t want to exchange it, I am so disappointed since I always buy jewelry here and when you guys sell damaged jewelry seems like clients faults too.

The salesperson was not sociable or friendly, had very little knowledge of the product(s). Was not a good candidate to provide customer service. Just not a good experience especially for this time of year.

I bought two gifts and sales associate refused to package them separately. When Pandora gifts are received part of the Oooo moment is seeing the Pandora bag. She said she was not allowed to package them independently and refused to do so. She said one bag per person and my fiancé was with me so we could have paid separately for the items if that were the case.

I opened up a pandora card to receive a discount being 1st time client but after my credit pull was done and I was approved I was told I can only use the discount if I have up a free bangle I was receiving Bc I spent over $150 in store. Had I known about tht I wouldn’t have applied for the card. Manager could have honored the discount as a courtesy but didn’t.

I've never had a friendly customer experience with Pandora in store or on line. I regret starting my niece charm braclets. I dread shopping at Pandora.

I was looking for a present for someone special, And the associate assumed i needed something cheap i guess, regardless i walked up to a display to see if i may see something else i like, while maintaining social distance and having a mask. She walked up to me and said “ I can’t have you walking around the store”! For a Pandora that was such unprofessional approach, I understand that the company may have implemented safe conditions, but the associates need to be thought how to professionally speak to the clients. I ended up buying what I saw in display which was a higher price than what she presented to me in the first place.

Your staff at that location ( Altamonte mall) are very unfriendly even borderline rude. Makes for a really unwelcoming environment and a terrible shopping experience especially for the prices that you charge.

Rude associates or maybe the manager? She said was wearing a pink sweater and just was acting rude towards us like we weren’t going to buy anything and then we ended up buying a ring.

I came to return/exchange a Christmas gift and was told that my stroller was not allowed in the store and that I was to hold my child while trying to shop.
