They advertised free bracelet with certain purchase prices but when I reached the price was told they had no more free bracelets but I watched two customers after me receive the free bracelet.

Sales associate that assisted was jot very friendly. She was not very engaging in the conversation and just leaned on the counter or stood ther when we were asking question. I understand it was Black Friday but the customer shouldnt feel like a burden for coming into the store to shop

Wanted two items. One item was priced incorrectly. I wanted the second item for the price shown. Associate ignored me and went ahead with the first item and didn't want to sell second item for price shown. I asked about it, she said it was priced incorrectly

I normally have a very good experience at the Pandora that visit, I visit pretty frequently and so I was very surprised by how poor the customer service was at this store location. The sales associates were unfriendly and not happy at all. I actually saw another customer walk in and they were also treated poorly.

Due to COVID-19 the amount of people allowed in the store is limited, however I watched who appeared to be the store manager purposely have me wait once a customer left. She was busy with paperwork instead of servicing me, a black woman. She intentionally waited until the sales associate was finished and directed me to her while she happily serviced the Hispanic woman behind me. Walking in I was very annoyed.

I went to purchase the buy 2 get 1 per my club email. Sales rep insisted it was only if you got a credit card. So I got 2 charms only and not the free one. After reading my entire email I called and returned to the store, sales reps attempted to say I can only get the free one online not store. So I read the email to them, finally a manager came to assist and solved the problem. Everyone at the store except for the manager had a very hostile attitude all because I was coming back in to get what my email as a Pandora Class member should get based on my email. I believe all associates should educate themselves on promotions club members are offered without trying to shove a credit card application down your throat. And if they realize they made a mistake apologize and don’t make me feel like I was doing something wrong. If I was to be a first time customer I would never ever come back to Pandora. But I am a loyal customer and I have other stores I purchased from that I will go to. But I will never return to the Altamonte Springs Mall location ever again.

I went in with a friend that was returning a purchase. As she handle her business I browsed the store. Upon completion of her transaction the sale associate said I can let you out the store now. I felt as though she didn’t want us there. I asked her are you rushing us out. As you can see I’m looking at a few pieces. Her response was will ok. I never felt so uncomfortable. Although I still made a purchase. I made her deal with me she was not pleasant at all.
