There is this old lady I believe it was the manager or supervisor and she was on top of us if we needed something I let her know we were just looking and when I needed help she was very rude , really ? But the Girl who check out us was very nice the whole time

I went to this store to buy earrings, when I entered the store nobody greeted me. I understood that the employees were busy, but just by noticing my presence I would have expected happy. After 10 minutes I had to ask for help. I bought the earrings because I need them as a gift, otherwise I would have left the store.

I had to wait in a line for nearly 30 minutes just to enter the store. Once inside, I felt like I was expected to already know what I wanted instead of being able to look around and make decisions...it felt a bit rushed BUT it was right before Christmas and the last day of the 25% off sale so I somewhat understand.

What I was not satisfied was with the cutting way that the representative talked to me. I was trying to established rapport but she said: “ I do not like to speak about my personal life.” However, I was not asking for details, just general conversation like where are you from, do you speak the language, just that but she immediately after saying that moved to the back and did not end the sales with a thank you for your purchase and if in the future you come back I will be glad to assist you. I didn’t like also that she put too much impossibilities to merchandise that is not longer going to be in the Pandora market. She make me feel I was buying something not valuable.

This was my first visit to the Altamonte Springs store in a very long time. The associates from years ago were all very, very friendly, nice and helpful. This time, the associate that helped me, Robbin (store manager), had such a sourpuss face the whole time she was helping me. Did not crack a smile once. I wish the other associate helped me. But Robbin took over for some reason. I was not comfortable, at all. If she doesn't like her job, then she should do something else. I will never go back to this store. The store at Mall of Millenia has very nice associates. I never had a problem there.

Called the store before I made the hour trip to see if they had what I was looking for in stock. The sales rep said they had plenty of the charms I was looking for in stock, but when I arrived 2 hours latter they were suddenly out of them. This on top of having to wait outside they store for 45 minutes just to have them tell me they were out of stock and the item I was looking for was discontinued. So I settled for one that was similar to what I was looking for, not a very good experience and if I had my way would not purchase another charm from Pandora.

No exchange after 30 days or to a different location. Nor repair options! I received My bracelet as a gift and could not get to a store within 30 days and it is too large. I thought it would fit better as charms were added but that haw not helped. I just want it shortened but that it’s s not possible. Now I don’t wear it much because I do not want to pay to get a new one. It’s quite ridiculeus.

Well I went in knowing what I wanted, waited for service, even a woman who came in after I did was seen first, I had to be in the store almost an hour if not an hour, I spent over $300.00 in the store which is easy to do, just not a friendly atmosphere like it was before.
