The associate just seemed snooty. We had made a stop after running errands I wanted to get some earrings and a bracelet. They al just seemed to be disinterested. I don’t know if she thought we weren’t going to buy enough or maybe she was having an off day. However my little six year old daughter (whom I also bought a bracelet were the only ones in the store. So I feel like with only us an several associates there should have been more of a welcoming presence. They all seemed so nonchalant. I will say the associate was friendly during our exit because my little Daughter talked to her I think for us we will go to Jews where they make every purchase feel special and important

The sales associate seemed to be bothered and irritated by having to attend to me, she did not give me any good suggestions and she was kind of rushing me through my purchase. I regretted going in the store, i could've just purchase by earnings online and have a better experience. I only bought a pair of earrings, but my intention was to buy birthday gifts for my twin nieces as well. I guess i will take my business where i can feel valued.

Very bad customer service from 2 of the ladies working there. Only 1 man that was also a customer service was very helpfull and very Nice.

Is funny how Pandora can’t clean your items because of COVID but will touch and grab your bracelet to put he charms that I just purchased. Doesn’t make any sense

I was satisfied i just had a very hard time with buying only what i came in for the worker kept bringing in more items and asking me why i didn't want to purchase them all the same day, i was in a rush and felt like she was taking her time on purpose. but the quality of my teams were amazing and the gift was a success. next time i will order online though to avoid all i experienced at the store.

Felt like I was bothering the Sales rep. Did not seem very friendly or helpful. I understand times are different due ro Covid 19 but would not go back to the store unless I absolutely had to. Honestly it was an uncomfortable experience. I also attempted to call the store for 2 hours straight with no one answering the phone. LOVE Pandora! My husband has made large purchases with your company. Should have employees work on their friendliness skills so when people do go out and shop during the new times everyone is experiencing they feel comfortable and as if there business is wanted!

I was not happy with the way I was not able to look at things. The lady I worked with was not happy about me asking her to see different stuff. I didn’t know what I wanted and she didn’t seem like she wanted me to buy anything. If it wasn’t for the sales lady to Assitant her I would have walked out. I shop here all the time. I have a card here it just was very uptight. At the end she was ok but she acted like she didn’t want to help Me. I am sure she was a manager.
