The item I wanted and worked so hard to earn was not in stocks and I was told had not been in stocks for months. Do not understand why it's still being advertised if not available. Need more workout charms if not available

It was mothers day weekend and so it was expected for the lines to be very long. The store seemed to be unprepared for the holiday shopping. They did not have many workers available and the workers that were there did not seem to be in a rush to help the customers that were waiting in line for hours.

Because after almost 20 minutes standing in Line. I had to return back to the store because the girl that helped me gave me the wrong charm. So I had to wait another 20 minutes in line to return it for the correct one.

This Pandora at Altamonte Springs is a privately owned franchise and they set their own rules. Purchasing online or prior to arrival was not an option, the manager said first come, first served. They were out of the free bracelets and no other option was made available, as allowing the bracelet credit to another bracelet. They have only the simple envelope packaging—no boxes. At least this time they had Pandora gift bags instead of the plain brown bags they offered before during one of their promotions—I believe maybe Mother’s Day. This store just does everything very cheaply, not becoming of the Pandora buying and owning experience. Their return and warranty policy is also much different than any other Pandora dealer around.
