Sales assistant was only learning and had to keep asking the manager each time for information. She was doing her best but wasn't really listening to us.

The quality could have been a little better.

A lot of customers waiting and only one or two associates helping them. All others were either behind register or in back of store and occasionally came out into store lobby looked around and left without offering to assist customers.

Prices can be expensive.

Most of the things were of valentine and I was looking for other options

I wasn't greeted right away

I’m greatly satisfied actually, except for the reason that they did not said it clear that they wanted to offer us a credit card application. We just thought it was a membership/discount card until we check on the form that it was a credit card application. Nonetheless, the knowledge of three sales assistant is highly satisfied, the display and ambiance is good and pristine. I might return to the same store to buy some jewellery for me. 😊

Had to wait in line too long to pay 30 min

The store is a little bit small, but ok. Long time to wait, but I hope is only for this holiday season. Customer assistance ok. Very satisfied with my purchase. Not planing on return to that specific store since I was only visiting. My store of choice is the one on Disney Springs.

Information on yup system was wrong. Could not find my info and we had youth many pieces of pandora
