I walked in to see the leather bangle. The sales associate asked several questions to see what exactly I was looking for. When I explained the issue I was having with another bangle, she knew exactly what I meant. She showed me two different bangles and even instructed me on the best way to put the bracelet on. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. I ended up leaving with exactly what I was looking for.

Ashanta made our visit to Pandora very memorable with her suggestions, knowledge, and most importantly friendliness to us. She went above and beyond while helping another customer..she noticed on our phone what charm we were coming in to buy and not only provided us with both charms to look at but also showed us the new charm after she completed her sale with the other customer. She cleaned my bangle bracelet, informed me on how to clean it, store it, and showed me what I needed for my bangle since I almost lost a charm.
