I when into the store in town center, mount pleasant, SC. Their was about 4 associates working and 2 people in front of me. Another couple in the store. The 2 people ahead of me was being served. So then the manager decided to start working with the new couple the had just entered the store. She didn’t even ask who was next. I was completely over looked at for getting some service. I did let the manager know that I was next to be helped with a purchase. So once I had brought that to her attention of me being next to being served. She said that they was very busy. I understand that the store being busy. But, she should’ve asked who was next. I wouldn’t be visiting that location again.

I am from out of town. Went in to get a charm for my bracelet when I got back to my vehicle going to take the survey at the bottom noticed I was over charged $10 for the charm that I purchased. There’s no explanation on the receipt the charm was $85 my subtotal was $95. Total with sales tax was $103 and change

I came in for the 3rd time with a safety chain issue that I had purchased last year, and the sales associate informed me that this particular chain had been discontinued. I'm sure because it kept opening and I could not get it to fasten. I gave it two chances and by this 3rd time was pretty sure it was not going to stay on so I new I would have to purchase a new one, but hoped to at least receive a discount of some sort towards the faulty one. Nope, she just said I would have to call the Pandora Corporate Office. I am very disappointed with this procedure. They discontinued the chain because it doesn't work, so why would you not give me some kind of credit towards that one. I could go on and on, but instead I'm sure you understand my disappointment.

The sales associate gave us the wrong information on the winter sale up to 45% off. She told us that the sale was only for the holiday charms, and gave us one tray to choose from. She was preoccupied and appeared as if she did not want to help us. It was not until another associate began helping someone else and showing them all the different trays with sale items, that she was forced to show us those trays as well. I spent almost $500 and my friend spent about $200 that day. I have shopped at different pandora stores and online and this was the worst experience!! I really love pandora and thought I was a valued customer!!
