Sales associate was not as friendly as they normally are in that store

The associate wasn't friendly which isn't normal for Pandora stores. She seemed annoyed.

Small selection to choose from. After deciding the process to check out was ridiculous because system shut down couldn’t get my $10 promotion discount submitted. Card machine wouldn’t allow my credit card to complete transaction without asking for pen when there was no pin nor a new card. 30 min store run turned into 1 hour and 30 min🤦🏽‍♀️ But I love my purchased item and will still be a Pandora customer

After purchasing a charm for my bracelet I ask the sales associate if I could get my bracelet cleaned. I have purchased 1 to 3 charms every year from this store location for the past 6 Or 7 years and each year they have cleaned my bracelet very well. However this year the sale associate just put my bracelet back together adding the charm and ask the other associate to clean it. 2 to 3 minutes later she returned with my bracelet and it didn’t look much different. I made the remake about how quick it was because I was expecting to have to leave my bracelet like I had I. The past and she told me she just took a toothbrush and a little dawn and cleaned it. I could have done that my self, I wanted my bracelet throughly cleaned not just run under a little water with dish soap and brushed a little. Disappointed with the outcome.

I had a broken bracelet and no one knew how or were to call . I asked for a pMplet and found there. Had to wait 45 min to exchange the new one my husband got in the airport , our nearest store is downtown do it is a big deal to gear there and park and walk a mile . I love my bracelet enough that I have bought five plush over thirteen charms and two rings from our local mall . Was dis appointed that no one could repair it after only having six months .

Me and my mother went to the store on Friday evening. We got there about half an hour before it was supposed to close and it was already closed. We went out of our way to drive to this store for them to be closed which was a huge inconvenience. It was frustrating and extremely annoying.

I have only had my Pandora bracelet a month. My entire family has Pandora’s bracelets so I was eager to have mine. The sales associate sold me the wrong stoppers for my bracelet so they don’t even old my charms in place. One was so loose my FAVORITE butterfly stopper flew off and could not be found. I was devastated. The Pandora store said it doesn’t matter that I have a warranty they can’t do anything except tell me to buy more and they don’t know why the other sales person sold me the wrong stoppers. Another $80 down the drain. Will not be putting anymore money into these over priced cheap charms.

The staff is my biggest complaint. It was like pulling teeth to get them to show us any of the charms that weren’t on direct display. And when she finally showed us, you could tell she was annoyed that we asked.

When my friend and I went into the store the associates glanced at us and kept on having a personal conversation. We did not get a hi, welcome to pandora can i help you find anything. I had to approach the associate to help me locate something and it seen to bother them. Just because we were to dressed top of the line does not mean we don't deserve the same service and the guest they were staying in this Charleston hotel.

When I went into the store the associate asked likes I was in the wrong place. And was able to purchase out of that store.
