Our sales clerk didn't have knowledge of prior Pandora products & informed my husband that they have never sold jewelry with diamonds in them. When we were in fact told years ago & our sales receipts said otherwise. Also she was very quick to get us out of the store. I understand she wanted to help us find what we were looking for but it had been a few years since we were able to see all the new products (living out of the country) & we wanted to see them in person & not online. She did thoroughly clean 2 bracelets for us, which we were very grateful for & reorganized to our liking. I hope Pandora can bring back diamond options & that they're able to incorporate a military discount of some sorts.

The sales ladies were very nice and helpful. The jewelry was very nice and I made a purchase and plan to continue purchasing, just wasn't overwhelmingly "blown away". I have a closer store to my home (I was traveling when went to this store) where I will probably make most future purchases, solely due to convenience. The Charleston store and ladies were extremely pleasant.

I've had better service in the past. The sales associates were not very helpful and didn't treat me very nice. I was disappointed. I went in to buy a tennis bracelet for a friend's birthday and the person that was helping me didn't know what that piece was. It was odd!

We had to wait a very long time before someone could see us. We understood that it was the customers fault but we didn't have the time to wait around.

Should have more selection this is a very small store with merchandise options.

When I initially arrived the sales representative told me that I could not exchange my merchandise after it was worn but I was told something totally different over the phone. If something is given to you as a gift, you are going to try it on to see if it fits and how it feels ("worn") I had received the ring as a gift a few days prior. Other than that, it was a smooth transition to try on a different size and be given a receipt.

Associates did not greet upon entering and I had to ask for help in my search for the ring I had purchased. Associate Kathy, asked for only my email and proceeded to enter my name wrong in the system and only stated that as long as my email is correct Im fine, a bit rude to not get a clients name correctly even after the concern is brought to their attention. They're were not the most welcoming.
