One charm I looked at did not have a price. It was discontinued and it took a while to find a price. The associate thought it was on sale but turns out it was full price so I didn't purchase that one.

The associates were more interested in cleaning their products then helping me in the beginning until I showed interest in shopping. I felt as if they assumed I was just browsing at first rather than asking me what brought me in the store.

I wasn't overly satisfied because the item I wanted was not in stock. I really wanted the item I came for. Because the item was in high demand it was sold out.

The service was great but the sales lady forgot to give us a box or a bag for our purchase and she didn’t even offer it at all . Now I’m trying to see where can I get a box to put my ring away .

This was my first time purchasing Pandora. I was looking for a certain price range and the associate showed all prices which took a while in the store. There was an offer of receiving a free item worth $65 after spending $100 and again i was shown all items rather than thise $65 and under.

Only one sales associate when we arrived. She had her hands full with 3 ladies shopping in store for first time. There was no where to sit and wait our turn. Ended up sitting on window sill area for about 15 minutes until 2nd associate returned. We were helped quicker and promptly as soon as she arrived. We were not upset as we were just waiting our turn, but a place to do that would have been welcome.
