Pandora Jewelry

Waited a long time before being waited on. I won’t be returning to a Pandora store in the next 90 days because I buy charms while on vacation. That is also why I would not recommend this store.

This is a small store. When we arrived there was another couple there, so navigating to view merchandise was not easy. It seemed a bit cramped. Also, this store did not have the bracelet I wanted, however, one of the sales associates called a store nearby and she offered to pick it up on her way in this morning. That was excellent customer service!

They didn't have many gold charms.

We went the prior day (Sunday) and the hours posted on the web site were inaccurate. Sales associates were in the store, but didn't bother to come over and tell us what the hours were.

The service was really good. There just wasn’t a moment that I was so amazed with for it to be highly satisfied. Also I went in with my boyfriend I gave hints about a ring that I want & he did not get it for me, however he did buy a beautiful earring

I spent a great deal of money when I had only wanted to spend $50 on this visit

I enjoyed my experience but spent way more than I thought I would I guess that’s why I could never complete my online transactions - laughing out loud!!

Wanted to purchase my home state charm but the associate couldn’t tell me how to get it
