Excelente atencion

The only reason for it not being highly satisfying is the lack of the inventory in the store. We would like to have more of a selection in the necklaces. Other than that wonderful quality and service.

Because it was very little in my size and rep was not very helpful

I did not feel either associate was friendly. We were vacationing in Charleston, SC staying at the Charleston House (upscale hotel)...staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. I did not feel like my business was valued. Also, the store was out of books.

Sold out of some items

The sales clerk was very friendly. I of course wasn’t sure which charm I wanted, I said I would come back later. The clerk said ,take your time , look around,iI did just that...I walked out with a charm, very pleased with my purchase.

I originally wanted a necklace but the chain wasn't long enough
