I had a good experience at in-store purchase but if you love your customers, please mention about the free bracelet, I spent 250.00. I’ve seen an email and I didn’t get the free item with my purchase when I was at the store. Sad

We were looking forward to spending more to receive a free bracelet. Both stores we visited didn't have the bracelets. I think if they are still available online we should be able to receive a raincheck but non was offered. We spent $600 in total in 2 days at 2 different stores. It is very disappointing to the point I wish you wouldn't offer things like this unless it can be fulfilled. :(

There were 2 associates working at this location. Upon entering, I was not greeted by either. I knew what I wanted to purchase and patiently waited for an associate to become available. After one associate finished with her customer, she still did not speak nor offer an assistance. I was finally asked if I needed help. I purchased the charm I was looking for and left. This pandora was in a higher scale neighborhood. Maybe I didn’t “fit the part”, but I have purchased numerous Pandora pieces and should have been offered or treated with the same service.
