Friendly staff who were wanting to do anything to help customers.

We just happened to come across the Pandora store on a recent visit to Charleston. We asked about a Charleston charm. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and showed us the surprisingly large selection available. We chose one to remind us of a very nice visit to Charleston.
