Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. I bought a beautiful ring which I am wearing as a replacement wedding band in place of my original ring which is too big. I live on Long Island in New York and visited this location while visiting Charleston, SC. So far,very pleased with my purchase.

I love the Charleston Pandora store! I visit every time I’m in Charleston and I have a Pandora store 1hr from my home and prefer to always deal with the associates at this store. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I visit in person about once a year and order by phone several times a year ... and they always remember me!

When I bought my Pandora bracelet It was from another state. When I came to the one Downtown Charleston , Ms.Sylvia was more than helpful , she was very engaged into my bracelet that she also told me a bigger size would be better. When I went to the other one (where I bought my bracelet) that associate told me to get the size I have now (which I rather have the bigger one because she left out as I add charms my bracelet would get tighter) which Ms.Sylvia let me know and also have me options on getting a bigger size without having to go back to Georgia.

Lovely store. Bought charm and two silicone clips for leather cord bracelet. Good salesperson. Great rating. Was visiting Charleston, SC so likelihood of going back to this store not there. Will shop locally and online!

I responded not likely to return within 90 days only because I live in California and we were out there visiting. We had a great experience at the Charleston Place store. Sylvia and Kylie were very helpful and had wonderful suggestions. I loved the idea of having charms with Charleston on them. This is why we bought our bracelets. We started a girls trip bracelet. We just need to catch up and see if Nashville has some! Too bad your promotional email came out after we bought our bracelets and charms.
