Customer service was amazing . Lindsey remember my daughter. Her size. The bead she wanted the most and still helped her look at others for a wish list for my future purchases.

I walked in looking for a teen birthday starter, Lindsay jumped right into helping me with ideas for what would be good and figuring out size. She made my daughters birthday amazing. Because of her friendly & kind personality my daughter loves it. She is hooked. I now can continue to keep memories together. She also with my daughter on the phone carefully listened and found a ring my daughter dreamed of and I bought it she offered to wrap it too. These are just some of what makes an employee valuable. Listening and learning a customer then taking their product knowledge and finding them their perfect match. I couldn’t have found all this without an amazing sales person. She may be my personal shopper even if I have to drive 5 hrs or call and have it shipped . Best experience ever in a pandora store. Thank you Lindsay for not just noticing I was a T-shirt who happed to have been caught in a summer storm and out shopping and not trying to be dressed to impress.
