I walked into the store not really knowing what I was doing. But Mrs. Kathy was very very nice and superful helpful. I picked out some charms and she put my bracelet together with what I picked out and it turned out amazing. I definitely will be back to shop with her.

The sales associate, Sylvia, was so kind. She helped me find each charm that I was hoping to buy. She even taught me the difference between the two types of stoppers and showed me the safety chains.

Upon entering the store, we were cordially welcomed! I was shown all available child charm bracelets. I was just a little disappointed that the 3 types of charms I wanted were not available. But, it is post holiday.

My purchase was easy and fun. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was not aware of the clips available to keep my charm in place as I just received my bracelet and one charm for Christmas. The sales associate mentioned it and I bought them.
