I was greeted and assisted immediately upon entering the store. I expressed to the very sweet salesperson, Kathy, what I was looking for and she pulled out the exact tray with no hesitation. I could tell she was very knowledgeable about Pandora's merchandise. I was able to get in and out in less than 30 mins. Great experience!

I ordered over the phone and was able to pick up having my daughter run in and grab it. Then when I visited with my husband, the store was busy, but we were still attended to immediately with great customer service. They made it easy.
