I was greeted immediately as I walked in. The associates were very knowledgeable. My purchase was made easily.

At first I was lost because the store is inside of a very fancy building & my GPS kept saying I had arrived so I called & got a very pleasant voice directing me back towards the store which I was only a few steps away. I asked to whom I was speaking with & she replied Kathy & sure enough when I entered she was there to great me & assist me with my purchase.

Pandora is one of my favorite shopping place. I am always highly satisfied with the pieces that I get. This visit I went to get a snake chain, but the size I wanted was not available in the store. I was recommend a new piece and I absolutely love my new pandora.
