I liked the personality of the staff and their enthusiasm during such a busy time. I also liked their knowledge of the items and their suggestions. lastly they where very accommodating when I didn't know exactly what I wanted

Associate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaged and interested in helping me find the right charms and patirwhen I wanted to add or change charms on the bracelet. She was willing to add in and take off charms several times.

I was satisfied because I went in looking for a ring and ended up with a bracelet. The employees had no problem with showing me everything I wanted to see. They were very paciente and polite.

Morgan was amazing! She was very helpful and pleasant! Very engaging and energetic! One of the best experiences I’ve had in a Pandora store anywhere!
