I’m in Charleston on vacation. Saw the store and walked in. The two young ladies were friendly and very helpful. Great customer service skills. These two ladies were wonderful. If I lived here, this would be my store to buy charms in the future. **** service!

The store I visited was quite busy with 3 sales representative. Although I waited for about 10 minutes, Heather was very pleasant and helpful. She didn't rushed to get a sale or to get me out of the store. She was very patient and helpful.

the staff was extremely friendly and professional. we got lost and they directed us to the location! we were visting from Texas and wanted to add a piece to our bracelets.
