I was visiting from out of town. Stopped in to get the Charleston charms to remember my visit to the city. But I will recommend it to anyone going to Charleston!

The selection of Charleston charms for my bracelet was almost too many to chose from! The salesperson who waited on me was pleasant and efficiently helpful.

I enjoyed this location at the Charleston Place Hotel. I was so impressed with the service hence why I purchased two charms. Sam (the rep) was really cool and nice. I would definitely recommended this location to anyone visiting Charleston.

The store itself is very inviting. There were no customers in the store and I was greeted right away by Slyvia. I told her I was looking for a ring but the size I gave her was incorrect. She helped me find my size and I chose a ring that she assured me would not peel as I work in a kitchen and my hands are always in the water. The reason I most likely would not return is the location. The sale was very pleasant.

The girl that helped us, she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I knew her name but i do not. The store was very nice clean and had a good selection.
