The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Jennifer always has wonderful suggestions. I am always greeted with a smile.

My salesperson was very knowledgeable. She offered different options and combinations. She was very patient with my indecisiveness and wasn’t pushy or trying to rush me.

I've visited this store on multiple occasions the past few months. Mostly just to browse in person rather than online. I came in this time with intent to purchase and explained my current bracelet and what I was looking for to the associate. I welcome the input of others and was very pleased with the options of my charms other than being on my bracelet. I also appreciated the creative suggestions and kindness the associate had. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into purchasing something I didn't want.
