Had no problem cleaning several pieces of my wife's tarnished items. Very gladly assisted us in picking and finding perfect size. Happy to help with engraving another item and when machine went down, still offered to do engraving for a visit in a couple days but aft i left & still in mall got machine fixed did engraving and called me so i avoided another trip as well as 2nd & 3rd associates helped with proper font sizing.

The associate greeting me as soon as I walked in. She was very attentive and she cleaned my bracelets and even suggested how to organize my charms.

I was very pleased with the customer service. As soon as I walked in the sales person had a beautiful small. The sales person was very professional very kind. She knew her merchandise very well. Suggested rings that I truly loved and brought. I will definitely come back.

Janet was extremely friendly & knew exactly what I wanted before I did I appreciate her help so much I had a Pandora bracelet that broke & she helped me find the one I was looking for plus the charm I wanted she picked for me & I loved it she was soo friendly thanks again Janet.
