I was shopping for a charm for my daughter in law to add to her collection I was greeted by a sales representative as soon as I walked in which was nice and she was so kind and patient with me in helping me pick exactly what my daughter in law wanted she didn’t try to force me to buy what I was not comfortable in getting I was completely satisfied and then decided to start my own collection myself I had a great experience and look forward to shopping there again thank you

I love when I enter a store and I'm greeted very nicely from the sales person. My daughter and I were not even across the door and we were greeted and asked how may I help you. I showed the items on my phone and she immediately laid out what i wanted. I purchased 2 of the 4 items that I was looking for. Excellent customer services with a smile.

I recently purchased a Rose Gold Bracelet. The sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping me choose beautiful charms for my new bracelet. The associate helped put the charms on my bracelet and rearranged them till it was perfectly balanced. I highly recommend Pandora to everyone and I love wearing beautiful meaningful jewelry!!
