Good sales staff

I love Pandora jewelry. Salespeople are always helpful. Only negative is that I waited over an hour online to get in and then another 45 minutes to be helped. This was because of the holiday but still very long and frustrating.

Very friendly courteous staff Very dissatisfied with the packaging the box for the bracelet was nice in appearance but very disfunctional bracelet didn't fit around circular inset and was in a ball in the corner of the box not very nice for presentation when u open the box no pins or anything to secure bracelet in place not happy

I had a problem with on line order and the People at this Pandora store took the time to make me feel like I was the only one they were taking care of(The store was Packed) I thank them from the bottom of my heart

I was assisted by a lovely lady-Ellen. She was very helpful and was able to gather all I wanted to purchase.

I love all the Pandora items and i am very satisfied with the product. I often buy gifts for family and friends.

Your people are always very nice and friendly your merchandise is fantastic and the pricing is very good and not expensive

The sales asscociate was amazing, Knowledgeable and friendly. Even tho the store was packed for Xmas shopping they still took the time to help me and find what i wanted. Also thanked me for my patience of waiting for a sales associate to help me which took awhile but it was worth the wait.

Staff was very helpful and courteous! Store was clean but very hot.
