The attendant who was helping was incredibly helpful and kind. I get anxious asking for help and she was very kind and easy to talk to. I wasn’t nervous taking with her and asking questions. She made the transaction very easy.

Thought I was going to have a long wait. Not at all, went in found what I was looking for got it and out.

Firstly the customer service here is top tier. t The Rep listened to my concern made good suggestions, very knowledgeable about the pieces. All in all it was a good experience.

The staff is knowledgeable about the merchandise,they don’t force a sale, and they have good taste. The staff is eager to please and friendly. Every time I have gone to this store I’ve had excellent service and left happy with my purchase.

Came in to clean 2 bracelets and ended up buying 3 Christmas gifts very easily. All during my lunch break.

Sales personnel took care of my purchase quickly. They were very attentive, friendly and made great suggestions. They also helped me get an extra box that was not sent with my online purchase that I paid for.

I was in the store for engraving and it turned out beautiful:)
