My daughter loves the jewelry. It’s very unique and enjoy the quality. Now I started to purchase the jewelry for my entire family.

The Assistant Manager Sue was very knowledgeable and helpful !

Upon entering I was greeted and the associate politely requested I follow the marked arrows to browse through the store as part of their COVID-19 safety protocol. Once I asked for assistance, the associate was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Very smooth and pleasant experience.

The associate understood what I was looking for. She help me find the correct size. She didn’t make me feel rushed while I was looking at the different jewelry

Teresa was extremely pleasant and patient. She introduced me to my new favorite gold bracelet. I wished there was more gold charm options. Either way her service was phenomenal I left the store highly satisfied. Thank you!

I enjoy shopping at the Freehold Pandora store, gladly I was able to visit the store the other day. The ladies were very lovely, we had fun shopping for what i needed (new granddaughter charms) and i do love the beauty of the products. Costumer service was excellent. At this store Freehold Mall in NJ the attention of this ladies was amazing. They were able to help me with what I need and I was able to exchange and item that at Menlo Store in Edison NJ the nasty cost serv lady wasn’t able to do it. You should hired more quality cost service ladies like this one at Freehold mall.
