We are working on my wife's fifth bracelet from Pandora. It is a wonderful experience to be able to customize each bracelet with the help of a sales assistant. Our assistant today was Neel, who was excellent at recommending specific charms to add to a bracelet that my wife already had.

Sales girl was very nice and helpful. Store was just way to hot from the lights.

The sales associate was very professional and lovely. She cleaned my bracelet and gave us information about several items.

My boyfriend and I went in to get a charm engraved. The associate was super friendly, helpful and patient during the process. She showed many different options on how we can have it engraved and what would work best based off of what we said we wanted on it.
