The associate who helped us was ready to go home Because of the weather, that was painfully obvious. She wasn’t personal or friendly. This experience wasn’t what I’m used to when visiting this store in particular. I derived no pleasure from this experience AT ALL!

The sales associate wasn't as friendly as I usually experience at Pandora stores. I wanted to look at rings from the counter and i practically had to beg her to unlock the case and get them out. She also wasn't very clear on the price of the product plus the sale until I had already paid. I felt a little misled.

The door greeter was pushy and demanding. My sales person was less than pleasant and really seemed disinterested in helping me. The store was out of stock on the item i wanted and i had to choose from what there was. My girls have come to expect a pandora box for Christmas but wet may have to start a new tradition.

The necklace I ended up buying just a small thin chin is not near as good quality as y’all use to have a few years ago. I ended up selling it to someone and will not purchase another one from y’all for sure. Very disappointed.

An online item that stated was available in store was not available. I drove over 50 miles to purchase and upon arriving, the item was not in the store. Although I purchased another item, I was very dissatisfied because the item not available!

The sale associate was very mean and had the most nastiest Attitude and didn't know her Products at all! I will never go back to that store location again!

I bought a bracelet from you guys and it broke o actually had 2 bracelets to break. I was told by the store manger that I could not exchange it to call the 1-800 number. I have been buying pandora forever. In the past whenever there was an issue it was resolved I’m the store. I’m not thrilled with the new staff in the Little Rock, Ar Park Plaza store. I don’t have this problem with Tiffany’s.

The Bangle I bought came with a charm already and the charm gets stuck to the braclet and has already scratched it up but other than that it's ok I guess

When I asked if you offer a military discount, I was told no. I don't understand that, because on the other hand, you offer the employee a 40 percent discount. Risking our lives apparently means nothing to your establishment. I was sadding

The X-Mas help was not very knowledgeable about the mdse. When asked by my sales person to please bring her one of the items I wanted to purchase, she was ignored completely. Also, the person writing up my sale saw me writing out a check, and waited until I had finished before she rudely informed me that Pandora doesn't accept checks.
