I purposely made a large purchase in order to receive the free bracelet and once I checked out I was given a bangle and was told that's all that was left. I asked if I could have the other bracelet mailed to me and was told no. I'm not happy about receiving the scraps I want the bracelet that was advertised.

There were not enough associates to assist the line. The way to get into the store to even make my selections or purchase was approximately 25 minutes. And the representatives that you have there are not pretty the standard that I'm accustomed to when shopping with or at Pandora. The young lady who helped me was very helpful courteous and pretty new to the product but she did her best and I definitely appreciate her for her and her alone Miss Olivia I will possibly continue to shop at this location.

I went in for the free bracelet promotion and was not able to get because they were out. I was not informed of this until after my purchase was complete and I asked the associate about the free bracelet. I feel they should have still honored the promotion with an alternative!

We had to wait for over an hour in line outside the store. There were associates who weren’t helping any customers and instead of solving the problem of the line, they just kept coming outside to asked if there were any online customers who were just there to pick up their orders.

Well it was my first time ever visiting a pandora store. I guess my expectations was a bit higher than needed to be. I waited in line for an hour and a half before I asked a customer who walked in the store received service and proceeded with her day a question. I stopped her asked her how was she able to go in front of the line she stated she had an online order. No member of the pandora staff this day stepped out to say if you had an online order or call in you could skip the line. I found this information out per other shopping customers.The gentleman behind me waited the same amount of time as me for an online pick up. Once in the store I completely forgot about the wait in line honestly. My salesperson was very happy kind and knowledgeable about the pandora store. She allowed my daughter to touch her charms which brighten her rough day. Overall we had a good experience it was the wait in line for us. You all are doing a great job keep up the good work!

The store was clean. When I there the store clerk decided that she needed to start cleaning in front of me. Social distance is very important.

Salesperson wasn't as knowledgeable about the sales of the items on sale. The item in question with a 30% off of product. I was expecting her to give me an amount off of the top of head, response should have been let me get my calculator out and can tell you then.

No greeting like normal when I walked in store all associates were at back counter and looked up at me. One did come up and ask what we needed help with which was a cleaning. As I walked around and looked at charms no else offered to help or asked. Two of them were in front of me behind the counter staring out the window with their backs towards me. The young lady brought me back my jewelry and then she went and turned her back on us as well looking out into the mall. No regard at all. Finally a young lady turned around when I said something about their behavior to help. Although, by that time I was done because I hate lack of customer service and if you don’t wanna do your job I believe you shouldn’t be there. As a customer whom works in customer services over 10 years this is the poorest service I’ve received from Pandora and I prefer to shop online now or drive somewhere else.

My daughter bought me a bracelet for mother's day and I wore it one day and it was hard to get off my wrist. The sales associate who sold it told her I could exchange it within 30 days. However when I returned to the store to do so, they would only take the bracelet and not the charm because I wore it once. No damage to it. So I'm now stuck with a charm that doesn't fit my new bracelet.
