The staff was fine. They helped after they heard we were going to buy something. They didn’t pay too much attention to us before that.

This was my first time to visit a pandora store.

Selection was limited, but understandable right after Christmas

The charms that I wanted were not available

I received my bracelet as a Christmas present. My boyfriend ordered online and I returned it in store for a different size. Although the Christmas crowd wiped them out of the size I needed, they found one that said would work for me if I was satisfied with the way it fit. I have worn it everyday since! I love my Pandora bracelet!!

The sales associate was friendly but seemed busy .

I visited the store to purchase a spacer for my mom’s pandora bracelet. The selection was very limited. My account was also charged twice for one item.

The store stated that they no longer had the items that I was searching for because it had gone off or was no longer on sale
