The service was good. I knew exactly what I was coming in for, so I got it. The person that helped me was nice. It is holiday time and the store was not overly busy, which was good. I did had to remind the cashier to give me my change because she had forgot, but she definitely made up for it by helping me put my charm on my bracelet.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase.

I could not find anything with amethyst other than one ring. The pricing of items is quite high as well.

Didn’t have charms I was looking for. Sales associate didn’t know much about merchandise. They were out of a lot of items.

The bracelet broke not an hour after it was given. Returning for replacement today at a different location in our home state.

The sports charms were removed from inventory and had been retired. I love representing my kids sports and came in hoping there would be a softball and found out there were no sports anymore.

I had to wait for a while. The sales staff did speak to me as soon as I walked in. They did continually make eye contact and tell me that they would be with me as soon as possible. I was not dissatisfied that it was necessary to wait.

The item I wanted, Rose Gold, LOVE LOCKS charm for my Pandora bracelet was not available, though, the system showed there were 4 in stock. The sales associate checked several trays with the Rose Gold charms but to no avail.
