Great employees Appealing store. Beautiful merchandise

He sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise and was extremely helpful in my decision on choosing my charms.

We had never purchased Pandora before received a bracelet as a gift and went to purchase the charms.

Mother's day is a big event and only 3 people were working. I stood in line outside of the store only to purchase a gift card. It needs to be a separate line for gift card purchases only or more employees during a big event. Yes, I know I can purchase a gift card on line, but that doesn't come in the same wrapping as going to the store.

The store seemed less clean than usual. The associates seemed a lot less friendly. The bracelet that I was trying to look at, they kept showing me in the book instead of taking in out of the case. ???? I did not ask then to take it out of the case BUT I should not have to ask!

Every time I visit this location Angel is always so helpful. She’s patient, kind, and very knowledgeable and always has great suggestions.

I purchased 3 charms and was not able to get a free bracelet. I was disappointed.

My first visit no one greeted me I got skipped over a couple of times. I waited for 30 min in the store before deciding to leave. I came back 5 hours later and someone was able to help me . The charm I was looking for was discontinued , I did find a charm I liked and was satisfied.

The purpose of me going to the store was because my Pandora bracelet kept coming off my arm. When I do the person at the store that she told me I needed a safety charm which was $60 but she never looked to see if there was something wrong with the clasp on it. I felt like it was all about me spending more money when I have spent hundreds and hundreds already on the bracelet itself along with the charms.
