My Dad passed away two weeks ago. I went in to buy a few charms to represent him. I started telling te associates why and what I wanted and tears started rolling down my face. They immediately got me a box of tissues and helped me with some choices and selections. I have 5 Pandora bracelets and they all have a theme. This one is especially meaningful. It turned my Mother's Day bracelet into a family bracelet. They (Hillary and the manager who helped also and had glasses and red curly hair) were so incredibly helpful and kind. I went in there sniffling and came out with a beautiful piece of jewelry that I will treasure forever.

The store manager and the assistance manager were very helpful. I brought a bracelet into the store to be cleaned and to purchase new charms for my mothers bracelet. They both went beyond what I expected. They were very nice about everything. They both showed that customer service comes first beyond anything else. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of shopping other places to really consider coming to this store first because the customer service ranks number 1 in my book.
