I was able to tell the associate what I wanted and she created it immediately. I also liked that she had a handheld device to handle the transaction right on the spot. No moving to a register was needed.

The personal was very polite and respectful and helpful explaining all of the details of the jewelery.And over all very good.

Love Pandora and it's products. They honored my husband on Veteran's Day and gave an additional discount. Thank you for honoring men like him who sacrifice so much.

Sales associate was quick to help and get the charms I needed for my wife after looking at the pictures I had on my phone. I was particularly impressed how this store has gone from paper and pen for marking the charms down to the new iPad minis and mobile scanner pos system. (This makes it way faster and efficient)

My Arkansas dangle charm for my bracelet broke last month. I immediately called to see about having it replaced. They looked up my account, and said my warranty had literally just expired on that specific purchase. They told me to come on in though and they would take care of it. I live almost 3 hours away from the Little Rock Pandora. I told them it would be another few weeks before I could make it to the area. When I made it to the store they were very helpful. They made it a hassle free experience, and I have my favorite charm once again!

I was in arkansas out of town, but i told her i had a complaint with the independence store aboout the 7 days for the survey. What happpened was when I was there a couple of weeks ago and then another couple before that I spent $1600 then $270. I give the manager Tava there alot of my business. But a couploe of weeks ago I tried to take the survey on that sunday and called and spoke with tava on monday say it would not let me take it (neither time) the seven days were not up. Tava walked me through it gave her the code and she said its taking me to start the survey. I said it did that to me also but did not get to take. She said well I (Tava) would have to call and ask someone because she had not have this happen to her. So I tried it again for the 5th time still did not work. So I lost out on to $10 suerveys NOT FAIR TO ME. I do to much business there. I think she should of found away. So I told the lady in arkansas about it and she said that is not fair. She told me to call the phone on the card. Which I still plan on doing. NOT SATisFIED 816-729-7894 Roma

The sales association was very professional with a gracious personal side. Then the store manager didn’t mind helping to get sale finalize. The customer service was outstanding.
