I went in to purchase a bracelet and a charm. My sales person was great and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. She was very patient with me, because I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted ay first. This is my first purchase and it will not be my last. It was a great experience.

Love the people that work there. Egypt help me. She was very kind and help me choose two rings for my daughter.

I just started these bracelets for my Daughter and my Son's girlfriend...they love them, the selection of charms was wonderful, I was even given a bottle of water while I shopped which was very appreciated.

I am drawn to this store like a magnet or a moth to a flame. It is so dazzling with holiday merchandise; how can one resist? Additionally, a free bracelet was provided with my purchase. What more could you ask?

I have never experienced better customer service than I did today at Pandora in Little Rock. I'd purchased 3 rings online for Christmas gifts for my granddaughters that I wanted to exchange. The manager, Donna, and the sales associate, Shayla were so patient and helpful. I've never shopped at a Pandora store before but because of the excellent customer service I'll be back.
