The salesperson Kylie was very helpful. She took the time to show me many options. Before my visit, I did not know much about Pandora jewelry. This was a last minute gift for my wife for Christmas. My wife had told our son that she wanted a Pandora bracelet.

Back on 11/24/17, my sister had purchased a set of charms online to have sent to me. I was to take this gift on a trip with me on 12/15/17 to present to our newly college grad sister. A week before I was to fly out for this trip, I let my sister know that I had never received it. After a long conversation with Pandora's customer service, it was revealed that the order had never even left the warehouse. In order to secure what my sister had ordered in time without any further problems, I decided to check with the Pandora store in Little Rock to see if they had the same items in stock for me to pick up (if successful, then my sister would cancel her online order). Donna and Kylie both assisted me with incredible care and empathy for the struggle my sister had with trying to work with the eStore. They honored the same deal that my sister got online, and treated me with such kindness. This truly motivates me to return to the store in the next couple weeks to buy from them again.
