I was looking for something to give my wonderful daughter for Valentines Day. I wasn't sure what to do. The saleslady at Pandora helped me look and I found something perfect.

The lady was super friendly and was patient as I tried on rings!

The only problem I encountered was during checkout- the PIN pad froze up. The associate and the store manager worked efficiently to resolve the issue.

I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was helped immediately. All of my questions were answered.

Great customer service

I had a very pleasant experience at the Little Rock location. Everyone was very pleasant. I don’t go in very much. It’s mainly to look. I don’t have much money. I gave the charm as a gift. Someday I’d love to have one myself but probably won’t. I do love going in and hoping. 😁

Associate knew exactly what I was looking for. Staff was very friendly and very throrough with knowledge of all the products.
