I was highly satisfied with service at this store. The sales associate, Ms. Donna was very pleasant. She and the other lady engaged me in a welcoming conversation. Ms. Donna asked to clean my bracelet because of the dirtiness. I left to run a few store visits. Ms. Donna is very friendly, and warm. I bought charms as a birthday gift to myself. Thanks

I feel in love yhe moment i walked in the store. My brother had just passed so i made the purchase for my mom, the representative was sooo helpful and caring and showed empathy. It definitely helped me through this tough time. Very professional and caring. Thank you

I went into the Pandora store not expecting to make a purchase. Patricia Moreland met me at the door as ask if she could help. Pandora rings are beautiful and comfortable to wear so that's were I started. She showed me several making me feel comfortable and not pressured. Plus, she is friendly and fun to work with. After I purchased a ring, she told me about a bracelet she really likes. Now I'm tempted to go back to try it on. I plan on calling the store ahead of time to be sure she is working because she made shopping fun. I highly recommend shopping at the Park Plaza Pandora store.

Loved the special Pandora was running where I received free bracelets with my purchases. I also love the Disney line Pandora carries for my personal collection.
