Makenzie B was an amazing associate that listened to what I was looking for and made great suggestions. She made the trip quick and easy.

Upon entering the store, I had a sales rep walk up to me & ask my name, to be put on the waiting list (to be helped). I haven't been to this Pandora store before, & was unsure what to expect... I was pleasantly surprised. I only waited a few minutes before my name was called. The lady who helped me at sales counter was very friendly, professional, helpful, & knew exactly what she was doing. I did not expect things to go this easy.

They had more Christmas charm options than I expected so I had a good selection to pick from and staff was very nice.

We were greeted and helped as soon as we stepped in the store even though they were extremely busy. I knew what charms I wanted to add to my bracelet but I was thinking of adding some clips and she was very patience with me because I didn't know what to choose. A great experience as always.
